Event sponsorship and vendor opportunities
Do you own your own business? Do you work for an employer that supports local charities?
The PTFA are currently planning two fantastic family and community events to take place in the Summer Term. A Colour Fun Run and Obstacle Course in May, and the annual Summer Festival at the end of June. Both promise to be fantastic events and will hopefully raise lots of money to support enhancements in the school.
This year the PTFA are introducing opportunities for local business (big or small and any size in between) to support the events through sponsorship. Sponsorship will help the PTFA reduce the costs needed to run PTFA stalls and is a chance to promote local businesses to the school and wider community.
Sponsorship packages start at £25 up to any amount to suit the sponsor and include the following:
Sponsor advert/poster with QR codes to websites (provided by the Sponsor) to display on the stall being sponsored
Sponsor advert/poster with QR codes to websites (provided by the Sponsor) to be displayed on a Sponsor Wall at the entrance of event
Sponsor banners (provided by the Sponsor) to be displayed at school a week before and after the event (optional)
Sponsors will be listed and thanked in the online programme, the school newsletter, on both the school and PTFA websites and future Barrow Voice article.
Sponsors contributing over £150 will also receive 4 tickets for the Summer Festival.
If you are keen to sponsor one of our events please email ptfa@hall-orchard.leics.sch.uk. You will also find more information on our website soon.
Summer Festival vendor applications
The PTFA are very happy to announce that applications for stallholders for the Summer Festival are now been taken. Find out more at Apply to be a vendor.
The PTFA stalls at the Summer Festival will include a bar, BBQ, tuck shop, tombola, classic games with a twist, festival fashion, inflatables and an entertainment stage.
Latest funding requests
The PTFA are committed to making outdoor and wellbeing enhancements for the children and community of Hall Orchard for the children at school now and those who will attend in future years. With this in mind we hope to use funds raised at the Colour Run to further support sport in school and make upgrades to playground markings following a recent request from the student council.
